She is a specialist in Organisational Efficiency and a Strategic Human Resource professional with 20 years working experience in various industries such as Oil and Gas, Construction, Finance, Power, Renewable Energies, Media and Sporting. She has a history of providing outstanding people management solutions within multi-cultural environment. Chinwe has held several positions within multinational corporations. Her most recent notable experiences are with Schneider Electric where she was the HR Director for English-speaking West Africa for 5 years and the pioneer Chief Human Resource Officer at Greenelec, a French Renewable Energy expert for 4 years, where she still holds an active position within the executive committee. She holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Surrey, England, United Kingdom and a first degree in Foreign Language and Literature from the University of Port Harcourt. Chinwe is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHRi) from the Human Resource Institute (HRCi) and a Fellow of the World HR board in Strategic Human Resource Management and Organization Development.
